This Men's and Young Persons' Breakfast is a time  to  catch up over an excellent home-cooked breakfast and spend some time in discussion and sung worship.   There will be a  talk on "How to end homelessness?" by Jon Kuhrt.

The main focus is fellowship and fun – so please bring a friend or neighbour.

Jon Kuhrt has been working with people affected by homelessness for 33 years and has been the CEO of the Christian charity Hope into Action since 2023.  They started with one house in Peterborough in 2010 and now have 134 houses across the country for people who have been homeless and each one is partnered with a local church.  Jon worked for 4 years as a Rough Sleeping Adviser to the government (and served under 4 Prime Ministers in that time) and before that was CEO of the West London Mission based in Westminster for 8 years.  He is married to Nikki and they have 3 grown-up children and live in Streatham, south London. He like football, but loves cricket, and plays each week for a club in the Surrey league.
