Role Summary - We have ongoing contact with a number of children and their families through our Sunday School (Creche and Motivators) and through our weekly group for toddlers and parents/carers (The Ark).

We are also part of Churches Together which works together to run various events throughout the year for children and families (Light Party, Good Friday event and Holiday Club). There are good links with the local schools and the Rainbows and Brownies groups use the church premises for their weekly meetings.

The role will have an inward and outward focus. To strengthen and develop our existing church work (Creche, Motivators and The Ark) as well as reaching out into the community to build and nurture relationships and faith engagement with families (including work with Churches Together).

You will work in close partnership with the church minister as part of the staff team.
